Under Penalty of Perjury Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to absolute legal liability for civil damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Mmurrayy or the alleged infringer.

Counter-Notification Procedure
